Finalised schedule

I've decided to go with two semis, so here is the finalised schedule of ETNW2011:

Monday 17 January - Semi 1 launched and voting opens
Thursday 20 January - Semi 2 launched and voting opens
Monday 24 January - Voting in Semi 1 closes
Thursday 27 January - Voting in Semi 2 closes
Friday 28 January - Revelation of qualifiers + Final launched and voting opens*
Thursday 3 February - Voting in Final closes
Friday 4 February - Revelation of sponsors + Results of final

I have plumped for a week-long voting window for each semi to give people extra time to vote, since many will be caught up in national finals during the weekend. The window for voting in the final is shorter for two reasons: 1) everyone voting will be familiar with at least half of the songs, if not all of them; and 2) to avoid qualifier revelations and results coinciding with the next weekend's national finals attention-diverting shenanigans ;-)

The first semi-final will go live later tonight, after I've done my own little draw for the running order, et cetera, et cetera. I won't be informing people which semi they're in, since if you're not in the first one, you'll obviously be in the second!

*After the Finnish semi-final, to avoid that clash!
